Megan represented me as both the seller of my previous home and the buyer of my new construction....and she was also the listing agent for that new build. That’s a unique situation, and not once did I feel like she didn’t have my best interests at heart. In fact, I felt completely confident following her lead the entire way, which honestly says everything. This wasn’t a cookie-cutter transaction. There were shifting timelines, inspection surprises, and plenty of moments where things could’ve gone sideways. But Megan never flinched. When deadlines got moved up, she grabbed the bull by the horns and just handled it. She kept things (and me) moving, kept me informed, and showed up in person constantly to make sure things got done. She caught details I would’ve missed, kept everyone accountable, and made the whole process feel manageable, even when it wasn’t. Her knowledge of the Richmond market and her network of contacts were absolutely invaluable. She just knows how to get things done! Megan worked harder than any agent I’ve ever worked with, and she did it with total professionalism, compassion, and hustle. My family was incredibly fortunate to work with Megan. We needed to sell our home quickly because of a new job opportunity out of state. The broker we were working with in NY vetted her and sent her our way and I know we couldn't have pulled this off without her. In order for our timeline to work we had two months to refresh the property, sell the property and close. Megan had lists of people for every trade you could imagine, saving me a lot of time, and we had the work done in a few weeks. Her marketing plan was beautiful and aggressive. She is hooked into a network of thousands of realtors in the area that she marketed to. She had photographers and videographers, brochures, social media - you name it, it was covered. Her pricing of the home was on point, and helped us to sell the home over asking. We sold our home in ONE day, over asking, conventional loan, and inspection for information purposes only. Then she proceeded to get the house closed in 30 days. There were zero delays for closing because we used all of the people she recommended for us. I honestly have never been more impressed with a realtor. We thought we were asking the impossible, and I was preparing myself for my family to be living in two separate states for a while. Thanks to Megan we were able to move together. I am beyond grateful for her.
We are so incredibly happy with Megan Napier! We used her for our move to Midlothian, VA in May of 2025 and she found us the perfect home.
